Well, it used to be the only option we could offer was to sell you the bars, rounded to the nearest inch, and a full sized canvas roll. You then had the hassle and time spent stretching your own canvas and probably would have ended up with more canvas than you needed, as well as a staple gun, and canvas stretching pliers. All our custom canvases are only constructed with the following high quality materials:
- Acrylic primed Fredrix medium weight 100% cotton duck 10.5 oz. canvas
- Hand selected 1.5" American Pine/Hardwood Stretcher Bars
- Hand stretched by artisans with over 20 years of experience
- Professionally folded corners that cleanly hide corners without sacrificing re-stretchability
- Built to be perfectly suited for Oil or Acrylic paintings
