I purchased several packages of art envelopes which were shipped and received very quickly. I liked that they called to verify it was a special order and not returnable prior to shipping. When I received them, two boxes although not damaged, the clear envelopes were crinkled in the corner. I immediately sent an email not expecting to hear anything but wanted them to know about it. They immediately contacted me and shipped two new sets to replace the original ones. I'm impressed with the fact they have gone above and beyond for customer satisfaction at every juncture and have done everything so quickly and seamlessly. I highly recommend this company to do business with. |
