I recently purchased an airbrush and compressor from your store as a
surprise gift for my boyfriend. Yesterday, when the airbrush arrived, I
could not get the top off from the paint cup. I called Rex Art, but did
not realize until I checked the clock that they were closed---I'm on the
West Coast, so I inadvertently forgot about the time difference. The
individual on the phone connected me to a woman and man who subsequently
helped us in our quest to get the paint cup off. I then apologized to
the gentlemen, saying I appreciated his help, but realized the store was
closed. He replied that they're there to help and satisfy the customer.
I
didn't catch their names, but I want to say that every arts supply
store we went to locally, did not treat us with such respect and
friendliness. Here we were, 3,200 miles away, and he was treating us
like we were standing in the shop next to him.

like you are dealing with androids. I was amused that the last shipment
I received from you came via FedEx in a used Priority Mail box that
someone had turned inside out. Bottles containing liquid had been hand
taped to prevent leakage. Androids don't think about stuff like that,
and they never reuse anything.

High Levels. She spends many many hours working on art projects and I
appreciate the help in finding her the right tools to begin her oil
