We know that our customers are busy. That's why we make it a priority to process our orders for shipment within 24 business hours when all items are in stock. We also try to contact our customers within 24 business hours regarding any out of stock items and offer solutions immediately.

When you contact Rex Art, either through e-mail or on the phone, your questions and orders will be attended to by artists. Our staff includes airbrush artists, painters, sculptors, illustration artists and crafters. We'll do our best to answer your question as promptly and accurately as possible.
